From the owner, Maurizio Badolato, also known as the “Meatball Millionaire”, who as a waiter hit a million dollar scratch ticket in 2000 to allow him to be able to live out his dream of owning a restaurant, to his brothers and sister who are part of the staff makes Limoncello a very successful business. He always wants you to feel like you are dining in his home. You usually leave with a hug or the joy of making a new friend, with definite plans to return someday.
Every meal is prepared individually, using only the freshest ingredients. Among the specialties are: Rosette Pasta, with Montassio cheese, Italian ham and truffle oil. Some of their other specialty dishes are Scallops Limoncello, Chilean Sea Bass, New Zealand Rack of Lamb. As Maurizio was known as the Meatball Millionaire, Mama was known as “The Meatball Queen” of Limoncello as her meatball recipe is a popular winner among their guests.
